At Wolfpack Design, we are committed to providing timely and helpful support to all our clients and users.

• Assistance with using the Wolfpack Design app

• Guidance on uploading files or submitting design requests

• Troubleshooting technical issues related to your account or projects

• We do not provide in-person support or technical support for third-party devices or software.

• Support is provided for active clients and users only.
   

2. Copyright and Intellectual Property

Ownership of Designs:

• All designs created by Wolfpack Design remain the intellectual property of the designer until full payment is received.

• Once payment is completed, ownership and usage rights are transferred to the client, as outlined in the project agreement.

Client Materials:

• Any materials or content you upload to the app remain your property. By submitting them, you grant us a limited license to use them solely for the purpose of creating your project.

Prohibited Actions:

• Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or sell Wolfpack Design’s original works without explicit written permission.

• Clients are responsible for ensuring that materials they submit do not infringe on third-party copyright or intellectual property rights.

Reporting Copyright Violations:
If you believe your copyright has been infringed through our app or services, please contact us immediately at info@wolfpackdesign.com with the following information:

• A description of the copyrighted work

• The location of the allegedly infringing material

• Your contact information and a statement of good faith belief
